Return Policy:
Please note that all sales are final, shipping insurance is suggested in case of damage during shipping which is out of my hands. If you receive a different item than you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and attach photos to grisgrisadornment@gmail.com. We will cover costs to return incorrect items.

Refund Policy:
All products must be returned in original condition if an incorrect item was received. 

Delivery Policy:
Products are shipped from Sacramento, CA using USPS. Shipping insurance can be purchased through a listing on the site to avoid loss or theft.

Shipping usually take between 4-7 days in the US and can take much longer when shipped Internationally. 

Cancellation:
All sales are final, however if you decide you want to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of order to request a cancellation and refund. This will only apply if product has not yet been shipped.
